Consulting a dietitian in private practice may be helpful for specific topics such as sports nutrition, meal plans, or specialized health conditions. Dietitians work with clients to develop nutrition and lifestyle solutions for various health concerns. Private practice dietitians charge a fee for services. Many insurance plans cover the cost of registered dietitian services. Contact your insurance provider to see if you are covered.
